Nearly 25 years ago, I returned to Indiana after years of hands-on training and bow hunting with traditional archery equipment in Alaska. It was in Alaska that I met John Dodge, arguably one of the most talented fletchers (arrow builders) of our time. For ten years he shared his skills with me and taught me the art of hand crafting traditional cedar and wood arrows.

My final year in "The Great Land" was a life-changing experience of bush living in the remote wilderness of Alaska's Yukon river system. Living hundreds of miles from the nearest road, in true wild country, is an eye opening experience. One learns what is truly important in life when living so close to the land.

In 1987 I returned to Indiana and took a position with a small mail-order traditional archery company based in New Haven, Indiana. The owner, Steve Ferree, and I worked side by side and shoulder to shoulder for many years growing that business. We took it from a back bedroom of his home to a 10,000 square foot operation in Northeast Indiana. In short order, Three Rivers Archery became one of the largest traditional archery suppliers in the world.

During my 19 years with 3Rivers Archery, I learned the traditional archery industry from the ground up, inside and out and what it takes to market your products and your company to your specific target audience. My final years with 3Rivers I served as their Director of Sales and Marketing.

Several years ago I decided to go into business for myself offering my talents to help other businesses grow. We specialize in traditional, common sense marketing with an emphasis on website content management, SEO, email marketing and social media branding and marketing. We use proven industry best practices to help ourclients realize their goals.
